* Approved verification of active, contributing IC parish member must be received to qualify for this discount.
** Required for all those who pay tuition monthly or semi-annually; optional for annual payments.
*** Required for all those who pay tuition monthly; this is an ANNUAL fee per family.
(A discount of $250.00 may be taken for the second and following students if more than one student is enrolled from the same family. Other fees may be imposed for high school classes that require special materials such as art and science supplies.)

Payment Terms

Parents agree that the obligation to pay the full annual tuition becomes unconditional after the acceptance of this Enrollment Contract by ICCS or June 1, 2010, whichever is later. After that event, no refund or waiver of tuition will be made in the event of absence, withdrawal or dismissal of Student from ICCS.

Payment Choice

Tuition may be paid as follows (choose one), plus indicated Tuition Refund Plan choice:

  • One (1) payment due on or before June 1, 2010. A 2.5% discount will be applied to this payment plan.
  • Two (2) equal payments, due on June 1, 2010, and December 1, 2010. Tuition Refund Plan required.
  • Ten (10) equal monthly payments, beginning June 1, 2010, and continuing through April 2011, excluding the month of February, when registration will take place.. Tuition Refund Plan required.

If payment is elected in ten monthly installments, payments must be made through FACTS ACH withdrawal from a checking or savings account and Parents MUST participate in the Tuition Refund Plan offered by A.W.G. Dewar Insurance Agency. Information concerning this plan, including the terms and conditions of the plan, has been provided with the Enrollment Contract.
