Problems Logging into PowerSchool

If you have your PowerSchool login but are unable to access PowerSchool troubleshooting help can be found here...

If you're unable to access PowerSchool, please double-check the following:

The PowerSchool address is: https://iccs.powerschool.com/public

Remember that you must create a Parent Sign In account using a unique username and password consisting of at least 6 letters, numbers, and or both. You will use the username and password you created to log into PowerSchool.

If you've entered the username and password you created for logging into PowerSchool and you still can't get in:

Is it the end of a grading term? Public access to PowerSchool is turned off at the end of each grading term to allow grades to be stored. Normally PowerSchool is turned back on within 5 days of the end of a grading term.

Is there a problem with your tuition account? PowerSchool access is turned off by the Business Office if - for any reason - your tuition account is not current. If you think there might be a problem with your tuition account, please contact the Business Office at (901) 435-5340; the Business Office is the only contact that can restore your PowerSchool access if it is turned off as a result of delinquent tuition or fees.
