Mulloy Hall Locker Agreement
- This generic form was issued in your folder on schedule day. It included your locker number and combination. Please read carefully with your parents & both of you should sign the agreement. It should be returned to Mrs. Weirich or Mrs. Steffan no later than Wednesday, August 17.

Freshman/Senior Picnic Permission Slip
- For the August 19 picnic at Marquette Park. Should be signed and returned by Tuesday, August 16.
