ICCS Guidelines & Deadlines
- For the 2011-2010 School Year

Approved Agencies as of May 18, 2011
- Each student must receive approval from her theology teacher to serve for an agency not included on this list. Remember, community service should take the student outside her normal range of experiences, in direct contact/service.

Community Service Verification Form
- 2011-2012: completed verification forms must be submitted to the student's theology teacher to record & keep in the student's 4-year community service folder.

Student Tally Form
- 2011-2012. This form is for the student's personal record of service hours served. The official copy is maintained in the student's 4-year Community Service Folder.
